Acceptance of the terms of use:
1. During registration and purchase (in both cases), if the user wishes to use the services of the online store, he must accept the terms of use with a tick in the field. By accepting the Terms of Use, a contract is "signed" between the Service Provider and the provider of the online store.

The customer can request a guarantee from the service provider. The service provider registers the following:
- the customer's name and address
- product name and price
- date of purchase
- the date of notification of the defective product - the description of the defect and the buyer's wishes regarding the method of compensation
- method of compensation
If the method of compensation differs from the client's wishes, it must be justified in the register.
In writing
The customer declares his warranty by letter or e-mail to the service provider.
The letter should include the following:
- the customer's name and address
- product name and price
- date of purchase
- the date of notification of the defective product
- description of the error
- the client's wish regarding the method of compensation
